Saskatchewan No Longer A "Have Not" Province?

The latest report from the Canada West Foundation states that Saskatchewan has the fastest growing economy in all of Canada. This is also confirmed by the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB) stating that Saskatchewan small business should expect strong business conditions. For the longest time Saskatchewan was always looked at as being basically a farming province with little to offer the rest of Canada. It is amazing how times have changed and now our province is in the spotlight. For years we were deemed as a "Have Not" province but in today’s market people are looking at us with new found respect. The Saskatoon real estate market is a perfect indicator to show people the turn our province has made. The Saskatoon real estate market was the fastest growing market in 2007 and reports from organizations like Scotia Bank indicate that we will again lead the country in real estate growth. This is a perfect opportunity to get started in the real estate market as there is still affordable property available. Whether you are a first time home buyer, looking to sell your home or looking for investment property, contact me and I will be happy to assist you with any real estate needs in Saskatoon or the surrounding areas.
